Customer Relay 1.0.0

What changed, what it means, and what administrators should know before upgrading.

Customer-Owned Authority For MSP Workflows

The Customer Relay provides a lightweight authority channel for organisations that do not run SSLNexus and want to keep CA and DNS credentials local. It is included at no additional charge; the MSP’s Client Server requires MSP HUB entitlement.

Available Platforms

Native DEB and RPM packages for Linux, plus a Windows executable.

Provider Controls

  • Outbound enrollment and polling; no inbound customer federation listener is required.
  • Separate provider channels with local connectors, domain and certificate policy, optional approval, activation and pause controls.
  • Initial setup link for the first administrator, followed by normal account login and optional MFA.
  • Light and dark themes, account controls and certificate activity views.
  • Policy configuration prompts guide administrators to the required settings before activation.

Complete The Lifecycle

The Relay processes approved CA requests and returns certificates to the MSP’s Client Server for deployment, verification and renewal scheduling. It does not replace the Client Server’s inventory and deployment engine.
