Naming Contract

Versioned Files Never Move.

Once a versioned package is published, its filename and bytes are immutable. Only the Downloads-page aliases move when a newer release is promoted.

DEB latest: ssl-nexus_latest_amd64.deb
RPM latest: ssl-nexus-latest.x86_64.rpm

Before Upgrade

Verify The Exact Release.

Keep the release checksum and SBOM with your change record, then run sudo ssl-nexus-admin preflight before and after the package transaction.
