Use the operational dashboard for immediate attention and saved reports for management, audit and compliance evidence.

Operational Dashboard

The dashboard prioritises expiring certificates, failed jobs, live-verification failures, policy violations, unmanaged discoveries and approval-gated renewal work. Attention counters are click-through controls that open the affected certificate estate instead of acting as decorative statistics.

Saved Reports

Create reusable reports for certificate inventory, expiry exposure, policy compliance, failed jobs, deployment target health, vendor handoffs, revocations, discovery/import inventory and audit activity.

Certificate reports can be scoped by group, tag, structured metadata and CA adapter, using the same estate classification model as policies and bulk operations.

Scheduled Delivery

Reports can run manually, daily, weekly or monthly at a selected UTC hour. Email recipients can receive either an executive summary or a detailed table through the configured SSLNexus notification transport.

Generated report output is retained even if email delivery fails, so operators can still retrieve the report from Report history.

Exports And Report History

Every generated report is retained in Report history with generation time, row count and delivery status. Reports can be exported as CSV for analysis or PDF for management and audit packs.
