Client Server Settings
Find the configuration that controls the local installation and its certificate workflows.
Set the SSLNexus hostname
In Settings → SSLNexus hostname, use the HTTPS hostname intended for the Client Server. Ensure DNS and network routing reach this installation before changing it. Follow control-plane TLS setup to issue and activate its certificate. Review local TLS troubleshooting if the certificate does not activate.
Set the automatic renewal schedule
Review the renewal checkpoint in Settings → Automatic renewal schedule. Save the schedule and confirm a subsequent renewal cycle in the job history. The global checkpoint controls when the engine checks for work; certificate renewal rules, approval requirements and target maintenance windows still determine what can run. See renewal.
Configure administration and identity
Use Team Access to manage people and roles. Use Authentication & identity for LDAP or OIDC. Review Security for passwords, OTP and sessions.
Configure the vendor portal and Internal PKI
The Vendor Portal and Internal ACME CA have separate purposes and access boundaries. Follow Vendor Portal hostname setup or Internal PKI activation from their settings sections. Enabling a service does not grant every account access to it.
Manage the product licence
Review the active profile, Free or Trial state and effective features under Product licence. Use the Free and optional Trial guide and licence refresh guide for the exact workflow. The Client Area link handles the customer account separately from local sign-in.
