Operations and Health
Review system health, maintenance history and available product updates.
Inspect system health
- Open Operations & health. Review data-disk use, persistence health, database pool use where shown, and the last check time.
- Administrators can choose Refresh health & update check. Read the returned detail when a status needs attention.
- If the panel is unavailable, check the host and service from an independent monitoring system; the Client Server cannot notify you when its own process is stopped.
Background checks run every five minutes. A healthy persistence result is a health observation, not proof that every renewal or remote deployment succeeded. Review the associated job results separately. See independent monitoring.
Interpret UTC and local clocks
The panel shows UTC and browser-local time. Certificate validity values remain UTC. Target maintenance blackout windows use each target’s configured IANA timezone. Check the host’s time synchronisation when timestamps or validity checks look wrong.
Review available updates
Compare the installed version and revision with the release information, security-update indicator and last check time. Follow the release information and upgrade guide before using the native package update workflow. Checking the update feed does not install an update.
The release service endpoint must use HTTPS on sslnexus.com. See post-upgrade verification after applying a package.
Set retention and maintenance policy
Administrators can set retention days for successful jobs, failed jobs, audit history, access history and notification delivery logs, together with the disk warning threshold. Choose Save maintenance policy to persist the values.
Retention applies to operational history, not active configuration or certificate material. Failed jobs are intentionally retained longer than successful jobs. Review your evidence and retention requirements before choosing Apply retention purge now; purged history is no longer available in the live installation.
Download a support bundle
An administrator can choose Download support bundle when investigating a fault. Review the bundle before sharing it through the support ticket. Include the problem time and relevant job ID. A support bundle is diagnostic evidence, not a state backup for restore. See opening a support ticket.
